Simple terms, in plain English.
How pricing, payment, revisions, refunds and cancelling work with Weztech. Your written quote gives the details for your project.
Prices and quotes
Every project gets a fixed price in writing before we start. The price lists exactly what is included and any running costs, such as your domain name, business email or paid software you choose.
Ad budgets for Google or Meta are paid by you directly to those platforms. Our management fee is quoted in writing.
Payment
One-time work: 50% deposit to start and 50% at launch.
Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month by card or bank transfer. A monthly plan starts on your launch date.
Revisions and approval
Before launch, websites and packages include 2 rounds of revisions on the work we agreed in writing.
Nothing goes live until you approve it. Launch happens when you approve and pay the balance.
Refunds
Before launch: if, after the included revisions, we have not delivered what we agreed in writing, you can cancel and we refund your 50% deposit in full.
After launch: once you approve the launch and pay the balance, one-time work is final and not refundable.
Monthly plans: months already started are not refunded.
Fixes after launch
For 14 days after launch, we fix anything that is not working as agreed, at no charge.
Monthly plans and cancelling
Monthly plans run month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email or text.
Weztech ALL-IN has a 6-month minimum, then runs month to month.
The Care plan includes up to 30 minutes of small edits a month. Unused time does not roll over. ALL-IN includes up to 2 hours of priority edits a month. Bigger changes get a price in writing first.
Fair use
AI phone answering includes up to 500 minutes a month (extra minutes $0.35 each). Missed-call texts include up to 300 messages a month per plan.
Ownership and access
Your domain, website content, Google profile and accounts stay in your name.
We work through access you grant and never ask for your passwords. You can remove our access at any time.
If you leave the Care plan, we hand over your website files and can move the site to the hosting of your choice for a one-time transfer fee, quoted in writing.
Reviews and rankings
We never buy, write, incentivize or filter reviews.
No one can guarantee a position on Google or any other platform, and we never promise one.
