Websites
Do I really need a website if I already have a Facebook page and a Google profile?
Your Google profile and Facebook page help people find you. A website is the one place you fully control, where you can explain every service, show your work and let people call, book or request a quote in one tap. If you only need the basics, our Starter Site is a single fast page with tap-to-call, map, hours and a contact form.
How much does a website cost?
Our websites start at $695 for a one-page Starter Site, $1,495 for a Business Site (up to 6 pages) and $2,495 for a Premium Site (up to 12 pages with booking and a photo session). Packages that also set up your Google profile start at $995. You get a fixed price in writing before we start. See all prices on our Packages page.
Are there any monthly costs after the website is built?
Every website needs hosting and a domain name. Our Care plan is $79 a month and covers hosting, SSL security, backups and up to 30 minutes of small edits. Your domain name and business email are separate, low running costs, and we list every amount in writing before you start.
How long does it take to build my website?
Most websites take 2 to 10 business days once we have your content, such as your logo, photos and service list. We write the text for you on Business and Premium Sites. You get a launch date in writing before we start.
Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your domain, website content and accounts stay in your name. We work through access you give us, and you can remove it whenever you want.
Can I see the design before I pay?
Yes. With our Launch Pack, Pro Launch Pack and Start-up bundles, we build a free preview of your homepage before you pay anything. You approve everything before the site goes live.
Why not just use Wix, Squarespace or a cheap freelancer?
Those can work if you have the time to build, write and maintain it yourself. Our sites are written for you, built to load fast on a phone and set up so customers can call or book in one tap. We also connect the site to your Google profile and keep it updated, so you are not left alone after launch.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Most of your customers will find you on a phone, so we design for phones first and test every site on phone and desktop before it goes live.
Can you update or fix my current website instead of building a new one?
Yes. Our Website Refresh ($895) rebuilds your current site so it is modern, fast and easy to use on a phone. If your site is already fine, we leave it alone and focus on helping customers find you.
Can my website be in Spanish too?
Yes. We can add a Spanish version of your site, checked by a person, from $245 to $445 depending on the number of pages.
How do I make changes after launch?
Send us a text or email with what you want changed. The Care plan includes up to 30 minutes of small edits a month, such as new hours, a photo swap or a text change. Unused time does not roll over. Bigger changes, such as a new page, get a price in writing first. ALL-IN includes up to 2 hours of priority edits a month.

Google & getting found
What is a Google Business Profile, and why does it matter?
It is your free listing on Google Search and Google Maps. It shows your hours, phone number, photos, reviews and directions. For many customers, it is the first thing they see before they decide to call.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No honest company can. Google decides rankings based on how well you match the search, how close you are to the person searching, and how well known and trusted your business looks. We work on the parts you can control: a complete profile, consistent listings, regular updates and more honest reviews. We show you the numbers every month.
How long until I see results?
We finish a Get Found Pack in about 3 business days. After that, changes in calls and profile views usually build over several weeks, not overnight. It depends on your area and your competition, so we track it and share it with you every month.
Will I still own my Google profile?
Yes. You stay the owner. We are added as a manager, so you can remove our access at any time, and we never ask for your passwords.
I work from home. Do I have to show my address on Google?
No. If customers don't visit you, Google lets you set up as a service-area business. Your address stays private, and your profile shows the towns you serve instead. Google still needs your real address on file for verification. We set this up for you the right way.
My business shows wrong hours or an old phone number on other sites. Can you fix that?
Yes. Our Listings cleanup ($245) fixes your details on Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook and 6 directories, so customers see the same correct information everywhere.
My website is fine, but nobody finds me. What should I do?
Keep your website. Our Get Found Pack fixes how you show up on Google, Maps and Yelp. You can add Local Visibility ($199 a month) for Google posts, profile updates and a monthly report.
Can you help my business show up in ChatGPT and other AI search tools?
No one can guarantee that an AI tool will recommend a business. What helps is clear, accurate information: your services, service area, hours and contact details stated plainly on your website, the same details on every listing, and genuine customer reviews. That is exactly what we set up.

Reviews
How do you help me get more reviews?
We make it easy for your happy customers to leave one. Our Review Booster Kit ($195) gives you a short link, a QR code, counter cards and text templates. With Review Request Autopilot, every customer gets a polite review request automatically after their visit or job. We ask every customer the same way, and the customer decides what to write.
Can I offer a discount or a gift in exchange for a review?
No. Google does not allow incentives for reviews, and the FTC rule bans incentives tied to a positive or negative review. We never offer anything for reviews, and we never write, buy or filter them. Honest reviews from real customers last, and they protect your profile.
Can you remove a bad review?
No one can remove a real review just because it is negative. If a review breaks Google's rules, for example it is fake, spam, off-topic or offensive, we help you report it. For real complaints, the best move is a calm, quick reply that shows other customers you care.
Should I reply to my reviews?
Yes. A short, personal reply to every review shows customers you are listening, and it keeps your profile active. Our Review Desk ($129 a month) answers every review on Google, Facebook and Yelp for you, in your tone.
How should I reply to a negative review?
Stay calm, thank them, apologize for their experience and offer to make it right offline, with a phone number or email. Keep it short and never argue in public. If you use our Review Desk, we draft the reply and you approve it.
Can you get me reviews on Yelp too?
Yelp does not allow businesses to ask customers for reviews, so we don't. We make sure your Yelp page is complete and correct, and we reply to your Yelp reviews if you want.

Monthly marketing
What do you actually do every month?
It depends on your plan. Local Visibility ($199 a month) covers Google posts, profile updates and a monthly report. You can add social media posts, an email newsletter, review replies or a competitor watch. Every month you get one short report that shows what we did and how your numbers moved.
How will I know it is working?
You get a one-page report every month, in plain English. It shows calls, website visits, direction requests, profile views and new reviews, so you can see the trend for yourself.
Do I need to do anything myself?
Very little. We handle the writing, design and posting. We may ask you for a few real photos of your work or your team now and then, and you approve anything important before it goes live.
Do you post on my social media for me?
Yes. Social Starter ($295 a month) includes 8 designed posts a month on two platforms. Promo Pack ($99 a month) gives you 4 graphics a month for specials, plus Google posts.
Can't I just do this myself with AI?
The tools exist, and we use them. What most owners lack is the time to run them every week. We do the work, and you see the results in one monthly report.
Do you run paid ads?
Yes. We can run Google and Facebook/Instagram ads for you. The ad budget is your choice, and you pay it directly to Google or Meta. Our management fee depends on what you need, and we give it to you in writing before we start. If ads don't make sense for your business yet, we will tell you honestly.

What can an AI assistant do for my business?
Our AI Website Assistant answers common visitor questions 24/7, such as hours, services and how to book, using only information you approve. It then passes real leads to you. Our AI Phone Receptionist answers calls after hours or when you are busy, books or takes a message, and texts you a summary.
Will it give customers wrong answers?
It only answers from the information you approve, and we test it before it goes live. When it doesn't know something, it doesn't guess. It takes the customer's details and passes them to you. A real person on our team monitors it every month.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
By default, it introduces itself as a virtual assistant for your business, because being upfront builds trust. You choose the greeting and how it sounds, and we set it up the way you prefer.
Does it replace my staff?
No. It handles the routine calls and questions you miss when you are busy or closed. Complicated or sensitive calls still go to you or your team.
How much does it cost?
The AI Website Assistant is $895 to set up plus $179 a month. The AI Phone Receptionist is $1,495 plus $479 a month, with 500 minutes a month included. If you just want missed callers to get a quick text back, Missed-Call Text-Back is $395 plus $129 a month.
What is Missed-Call Text-Back?
When you miss a call, the caller gets a friendly text from your business within seconds, so they don't call the next company on the list. You can reply by text when you are free.

Working with us
Why should I trust Weztech?
We make it easy to try us before you commit: a free Google check first, a free homepage preview before you pay on website packages, a fixed price in writing, no long contracts on monthly plans, and everything stays in your name. You can see the quality of our work before you spend anything.
Do you only build websites?
No. A website is one part. Most of our work is helping customers find you on Google, Maps and Bing, helping you get more honest reviews, and making it easy for people to call or message you. If your website is fine, we leave it alone and start with the Get Found Pack.
Is there a long contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. ALL-IN has a 6-month minimum because the setup is heavily discounted.
Are there any other costs?
Our prices cover the work and the tools we use to run your plan, including texting and AI minutes within fair use. Your domain name and business email are separate running costs. Ad spend and any paid software you choose to buy are separate too. We list every amount in writing before you start, so there are no surprises.
How fast is it?
A Get Found Pack takes about 3 business days. Websites take 2 to 10 business days after we have your content. ALL-IN takes about 4 weeks. Start-up bundles take about 10 business days, and you get a launch date in writing before we start.
How do I pay?
One-time work: 50% to start and 50% at launch. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month by card or bank transfer.
What if I am not happy with the work?
We fix it. Before launch, your website or package includes 2 rounds of revisions. If we still haven't delivered what we agreed in writing, you can cancel before launch and we refund your 50% deposit in full. Once you approve the launch and pay the balance, one-time work is final and not refundable. After launch, we still fix anything that isn't working as agreed for 14 days at no charge. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, and months already started are not refunded. See our Terms.
What happens to my website and accounts if I cancel?
They stay yours. Your domain, Google profile and accounts are in your name, and the work we published stays live. If you stop the Care plan, we hand over your website files and can move the site to the hosting of your choice for a one-time transfer fee, quoted in writing.
Do you need my passwords?
No. We never ask for your passwords. You add us as a manager or user on your accounts, and you can remove our access at any time.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short call so we understand your business, then your logo (if you have one), a few photos and your list of services. We write the rest and send it to you for approval.
